Agency notifications

Agency notifications

Reviewshake has a number of notifications that are sent:

  1. Daily, weekly, and monthly review summaries
  2. New review notifications
  3. Private feedback notifications (from the Review Us landing page)

As an agency owner, you will receive notifications 2 and 3 from your own account, and all notifications will be switched off for client accounts that you create. Should you wish to receive notifications from your client reviews, you can switch to their account and visit the Notifications page from Insights.

Similarly, users that you create for your clients (whether they can log in or not) will also receive notifications 2 and 3, and they can adjust as they see fit from the same place in their account.
