NEW SMB Pricing

We aim to provide pricing that is as transparent as possible so that you know how our pricing works and how much you would expect to pay before signing up. Refer to our Pricing page for specific details about our packages. 

Choose from 3 pricing tiers that align best with your business size and needs, or, if you’re an agency, try out our flexible agency package. You can choose between monthly or annual (discounted) pricing. We don't have any setup fees, and you can cancel or change plans anytime. 

Free trial

You can try any of our plans for free for 2 weeks before making a decision. The following limitations will be in place during the trial period:

• Review profiles: Unlimited
• Email invitations: 10
• SMS invitations: 10
• Locations: 1
• Users: 1

You may optionally end your trial early to gain full access to your chosen plan. After your trial period has ended, the billing cycle for your chosen plan will begin. Should you opt for the Free package, you can still use the Reviewshake landing page URL to generate new reviews, but the benefits of review tracking, analysis, and customer engagement will be paused.

Add-ons

You can buy more email and/or SMS credits once you reach the limit for review invitations on your account. Check your usage under Configurations -> Billing to avoid issues sending your invitations.

Additional emails and/or SMS credits may be purchased anytime (per unit of 1,000 credits). Email and SMS add-ons are not recurring and do not expire. To purchase SMS credits for countries outside of the US and Canada, contact support. 

Additional locations may be purchased any time, with the cost per location decreasing as location volume increases. Location add-ons are recurring, and you will be charged for any additional location(s) as part of your monthly or annual billing cycle.
