Reviewshake’s AI-Powered Review Summary analyzes customer reviews within a selected date range and generates an easy-to-read summary. It groups feedback into clear categories, giving you a snapshot of what’s working well and what needs attention.

This feature is designed to save time while still delivering meaningful insights from your customer feedback.

What the AI Summary Includes

The AI-Powered Review Summary breaks feedback into three main sections:

  1. Positive Highlights: Shows what customers consistently like and appreciate. Examples include enjoyable experiences, standout features, recent improvements, or elements customers find exciting and engaging.


  2. Mixed Feedback: Provides a balanced view of reviews that mention both positives and negatives. This often includes comments where customers enjoy the experience but note drawbacks such as wait times or minor issues.



  3. Areas for Improvement: Focuses on recurring complaints or pain points that may require action. Common themes might include delays, service interruptions, inaccurate expectations, or areas that feel underwhelming to customers.



How to Generate a Review Summary

  1. Select a Date Range
    Use the date picker to select the period you want to analyze (for example, October 13, 2025 – January 13, 2026).

  2. Generate the Summary
    Click the Generate Summary button to start the AI-powered analysis.

  3. Review the Results
    The AI will display Positive Highlights, Mixed Feedback, and Areas for Improvement based on reviews from the selected period.

Additional Details Shown

  • Reviews in Period – Displays the total number of reviews included in the analysis.

  • Generated Date – Shows when the summary was last created, helping you track how current the insights are.
