Responding to Reviews with Reviewshake’s AI-Powered System

Reviewshake now offers AI-generated review responses to streamline engagement across platforms like Google, Facebook, and other supported review sites. This feature helps businesses save time while maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.

There are three main ways to respond to reviews using Reviewshake:


1. Direct Response via API

For platforms like Google and Facebook, Reviewshake allows you to respond directly from the dashboard thanks to API integration.

2. One-Click Redirect

For platforms without API access, Reviewshake provides a direct link to the review response page, making it just one click away.

3. Manual Navigation

When direct links aren’t available, Reviewshake will guide you to the review site’s dashboard, where you can manually locate and respond to the review.


AI Response Scenarios

Reviewshake’s AI system offers flexible response options to suit your workflow:

  • Basic & Custom AI Responses

    Generate professional replies using default templates or customize the tone to match your brand.

  • Manual AI Posting

    Post AI-generated responses directly to platforms with API access (e.g., Google, Facebook), or copy and paste them manually to platforms like Cars.com and TheFork.

  • Auto-Responses

    Automatically generate and queue responses for new reviews. You can control timing and approval to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Settings & Approval

    Admins can configure tone, timing, and approval workflows to match brand needs. This ensures that every response aligns with your company’s voice and standards.

How to Enable AI Responses

To activate and configure AI-generated responses:

  1. Go to your Reviewshake dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > AI Responses.
  3. Choose your preferred tone (e.g., professional, friendly, casual).
  4. Set up approval workflows if needed.
  5. Enable auto-response timing to control when responses are sent.

Once set up, Reviewshake will begin generating responses for new reviews based on your preferences.
