How Are Invites Routed for Multi-Location Businesses?

If you manage a multi-location business, the way your customers are routed to your landing pages depends on how you add them to your account. There are three main scenarios:

1. Adding Customers via a Specific Location

When you add customers directly under a specific location, their invites will automatically route to that location’s landing page.
For example, if you have Locations 1, 2, and 3, and you add a customer to a campaign under Location 1, they will be directed to Location 1’s landing page.

2. Adding Customers at the Client (Main Account) Level

If you add customers at the client level (not tied to a specific location), their invites will route to the main account’s landing page.
To help customers choose the correct location to leave a review, you can enable the Location Selection Funnel.

To enable this:

  • Go to Generate Reviews → Review Us Page
  • Select Location Selection Funnel

Once enabled, your landing page will display a location selector, allowing customers to choose the appropriate branch before leaving a review.

3. Adding Customers via CSV Upload

You can also upload customers in bulk using a CSV file. To ensure proper routing:

  • Include the shortname of the location in the CSV.
  • Once uploaded, the system will automatically direct each customer to the correct landing page based on the shortname provided.
